2.1 Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

2.3 Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout.

6.2 Customers must provide images of the damaged item and packaging for verification.
6.3 Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
